Curly Ponytail

A curly ponytail, when styled correctly, can be beautiful for formal events as well as casual. Often, when hair is placed in a ponytail, it still looks unkempt and curling is necessary. Even if your hair is naturally curly, it looks great to "shape" the curl with a curling iron. Submit a photo of your ponytail hairstyle here. Materials Needed: - An elastic ponytail holder
- A Curling Iron
- Setting spray for lasting hold
Step #1 Place the hair in a ponytail - either low, high, middle or side of the head. We choose to do a high ponytail.

Step #3Either Spray the ponytail with setting spray to keep the ringlet look, or gently comb through the curls with your fingers to separate them and make the ponytail look bigger. Here is what the ponytail looked like after we finger-combed it:

If the hair hanging out of the ponytail is thin and lacking volume, try a ponytail hair extension to give the ponytail more volume and/or length. These particular extensions can be curled and are very affordable for hair extensions.
